Here's my comment on your comment:
Roberta*****: Your comments scare me more than the story to which they refer. How bad was your high school experience to have birthed such strong indictments of somewhat standard teenage behavior? Perhaps you misread the part of the story that describes the offender as a "student", which by its very definition indicates that he has not completed his path of learning. Are we to assume that the path of learning is error-free? Women are objectified every day. So are men. These students are not completely unaware of the world around them, you know. Internet porn? They know it's there. The Social Network? They've seen it. In case you haven't, it is a biographical look at the founder of Facebook, the world's youngest billionaire. Know how this young American icon got his start? He created an online program that allowed his fellow students to rate the attractiveness of fellow female Harvard students. Yes, you read that right, HARVARD! This is the same school that parents almost universally wish for their kids to attend. The success of Facebook is the American Dream that parents almost universally wish for their kids to have. Now, I ask you, Roberta*****: Do we think the world would have gained more or lost more by sending the founder of Facebook to jail for a program he sent while still in college? What happened to punishment fitting crimes? Let's break down some of the finer points of your foolishness, shall we?
You said, "Any other racist would already be in jail as would any other person guilty of discrimination, bullying, etc." Couldn't agree more with you on this point; I've never met a racist or bully who isn't already in jail. Oh wait, no, I was right before, that's just stupid. And in an increasingly PC world, I'm skeptical about any accusations of racism, bigotry, sexism, or any other "ism". Why? Because I don't agree with you, and that's my right, be it right or wrong. Now, that is not to say that I support hateful speech used to demean another human being for almost any reason. Obviously, as you can read, I'm fine with launching hateful speech at morons, like yourself, hence the "almost any reason" in the prior statement. But here's the thing: Talking is talking and walking is walking, and sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me. I learned that rhyme when I was six. If you're teaching your kid to get this bent out of shape over something like this, then you're the one who's doing a poor job of parenting! How is your kid going to survive in the real world, beyond high school, where his/her sweet and innocent misconceptions about reality will no doubt be reversed?
But here's my favorite part of your rant: "By the way, where are his parents? If they didn't know what he was doing, they are just as guilty because they raised him and deserve to lose everything, which still will not be adequate compensation for what their son did to these poor girls." Hmm. Let's ponder this point for a second. A family being sued for their life savings "still will not be adequate compensation" for a high-school-age girl being secretly judged by her male peers, good or bad? 1) Regardless of the existence of any such list, all high-school-age girls are being secretly judged by the peers (and shared with other peers), and 2) What the hell is wrong with you? You sermonize as if your kid has never done anything with which you wouldn't agree. Let's hope that your kid never calls another kid ugly or fat or stupid, resulting in you and your family losing "everything". I can hear your hypocritical calls for fairness already.
BTW, nowhere in this story did I read anything about the pictures circulated as being nude, so I can only assume that you are calling for a federal prosecution of a minor whose "crimes" are tantamount to "locker room" banter in the written form.
If you want to have him suspended from high school for harassment, I'll help have the papers drawn up, but to call him "a criminal" is just, well, criminal. Really. I think that your written public comments are full of hate and animosity, and based on your own logic, I think you'll agree: You. Are. A. Criminal.
Oh, and one more thing. When you wrote that "I am sure the parents of these girls will sue the pants off of him and expose him for what little he has," were you referring to his penis or his parents' finances? If you're talking about his penis, well, that's just disturbing and hypocritical, given the nature of your tirade. If you're talking about his parents' finances, then you're making a snap judgment about his socioeconomic background based upon nothing more than his alleged actions. So which is it? Are you a disgusting hypocrite who believes that the value of a man lies within the length of his penis, or are you a hypocrite who believes that the value of a man is based upon his environment? In case you missed it, there is no option in which you are not a hypocrite. Unfortunately, you are just human like the rest of us. Don't tell your kids; they'd judge you. Harshly.

Why hasn't this student been arrested? If this was racist and demeaning to women; he needs to be dealt with at the Federal level. Any other racist would already be in jail as would any other person guilty of discrimination, bullying, etc. I am sure the parents of these girls will sue the pants off of him and expose him for what little he has. He's a racist, bully that is ruining the lives of these women and they deserve justice. Treat him like any other criminal and put him in jail. Bet he wouldn't even dream of submitting a list rating his fellow inmates or he wouldn't be alive for very long. Stop this psychotic teenager now before he becomes a worse adult. By the way, where are his parents? If they didn't know what he was doing, they are just as guilty because they raised him and deserve to lose everything, which still will not be adequate compensation for what their son did to these poor girls.
